I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and the breakfast was delicious, but the street noise due to the hotel being 'full' was quite bothersome. The service was great, with staff assisting us in purchasing Universal Studio tickets and being very responsive to our needs. The location was convenient for my needs, close to where I had to be, but the noise from the street was a downside. The dining options were of good quality with lots of choices, although some items ran out quickly. Overall, a decent stay but could have been better with quieter rooms.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic for exploring the area, even though there are some ongoing renovations. The dining options were nice, and the pool was a great spot to relax. The only downside was a slight odor in my room, possibly due to the hotel being full of guests with the same issue.
